Introduction: We are a global leader in the design and manufacture of equipment and systems for bulk material handling, serving a wide range of industries including mining, cement, food, chemical, and energy. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Account Executive, based in Houston, TX, who will play a key role in managing major U.S. clients and supporting the company's business development strategy across North America. This is a high-impact position for a results-oriented individual with a strong technical foundation, sales acumen, and the ability to manage complex customer relationships in an industrial setting. Job Title: Account Executive Department: Sales & Business Development Reports to: CEO Status: Full-Time, Exempt Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) Travel: Occasional (~10%) Key Responsibilities Account Management & Client Success (80%) * Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value U.S. clients. * Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. * Coordinate with Inside Sales and Technical Support teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals, solutions, and client services. * Monitor project timelines and manage execution to align with customer expectations. * Track account performance and regularly report activity to company leadership. Business Development (20%) * Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and target markets. * Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and during client site visits. * Collaborate with marketing and inside sales on lead generation and qualification efforts. * Gather client feedback and market intelligence to inform product/service improvements. Requirements * 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within a technical or industrial environment. * Solid technical background (e.g., industrial machinery, manufacturing systems, or engineering products). * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. * Self-starter with excellent organizational and project management abilities. * Comfortable working in a dynamic, client-focused environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). * Legally authorized to work in the U.S. * Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
