About Us Hallmark Glass is a growing glass and glazing company focused on quality work, strong relationships, and dependable service. We work with contractors, builders, and business owners to deliver glass solutions that meet project needs and timelines. Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our business by securing new projects and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role works closely with estimators and project teams to move opportunities from bid to contract and ensure sales goals are met. Key Responsibilities * Secure new projects through relationship-building, follow-ups, and outbound sales efforts * Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals * Work closely with estimators to develop accurate bids and proposals * Review project scope, pricing, and timelines with customers * Track leads, bids, and awarded projects * Maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and repeat customers * Assist with handoff of awarded projects to the operations team * Stay informed on current projects, pricing, and market conditions Qualifications * Previous sales experience (construction, glass, or related industry preferred) * Strong communication and follow-up skills * Comfortable working toward goals and deadlines * Ability to read and understand basic construction plans and scopes (or willingness to learn) * Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented * Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and basic CRM tools What We Offer * Competitive pay based on experience * Commission or incentive opportunities * Supportive team environment * Growth opportunities within the company How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief introduction explaining your interest in the role.
