This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to shape the future of our automotive sales division and elevate brand loyalty through innovative sales strategies. < Responsibilities> * Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through effective coaching and performance management. * Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans that align with dealership objectives, focusing on high-end automobile sales and B2B (business-to-business) partnerships. * Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting new clients via outbound calls and cold calling to closing deals with Bilingual (multilingual) customers in diverse markets. * Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, monitor customer interactions, and optimize follow-up procedures for maximum conversion rates. * Conduct negotiations with prospective buyers, ensuring favorable terms while fostering long-term customer relationships through upselling and excellent customer service. * Oversee inventory management, inventory control, and retail math to ensure optimal stock levels that meet market demand without overstocking. * Support marketing initiatives by participating in public speaking engagements, promotional events, and community outreach to enhance brand visibility. < Requirements> * Proven experience in automobile sales management or dealership sales leadership with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. * Extensive knowledge of outside sales techniques, negotiation skills, and B2B (business-to-business) selling strategies. * Exceptional communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual proficiency preferred), with excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in inventory control and retail math calculations. * Familiarity with CRM software platforms used in automotive retail environments for tracking leads, managing customer data, and supporting sales processes. * Experience in high-end vehicle sales or luxury automotive markets is a plus, along with dealership experience that demonstrates leadership capabilities. * Ability to deliver compelling public speaking presentations and effectively support outbound marketing efforts. * Demonstrated aptitude for retail math, inventory management, organizational skills, and strategic planning necessary for successful auto sales management.
