Job Summary Savior Service Plumbing Company is a leading commercial plumbing contractor specializing in new construction, tenant finish-outs and service contracts. We are looking for a driven and experienced Commercial Plumbing Salesperson to join our team and help grow our business. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with GCs, property managers, and facility owners * Identify and pursue new commercial plumbing projects * Provide accurate estimates and proposals for plumbing jobs * Follow up on bids, negotiate contracts, and close deals * Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth job execution * Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets Experience * Experience in plumbing sales (commercial preferred) * Knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and estimating * Strong networking and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated with a proven track record in sales * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Compensation & Benefits: * Base Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 (DOE) * Commission: 3% - 7% of gross profit per job * Bonuses for exceeding sales targets * Company vehicle or allowance * Phone & gas card * Health benefits & paid time off Why Join Us? * Work with a respected and growing plumbing company * Uncapped earning potential with commissions * Opportunity to make a real impact in company growth Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Base Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company car * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Travel reimbursement * Vision insurance Work Location: On the road
