At DRYmedic Restoration Services of NW Austin, we help families and businesses recover after water, fire, and mold disasters. Our mission is simple: to bring order to chaos and peace of mind to people when they need it most. We're looking for an outgoing and organized Relationship Account Manager to help grow our referral network by building meaningful, long-term relationships with professionals who frequently encounter property damage -- such as insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, and contractors. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, and property managers * Plan and execute weekly outreach visits, tracking activity and results in our CRM system * Identify new business opportunities and follow up consistently with contacts * Represent DRYmedic at networking events, BNI meetings, and community functions * Deliver marketing materials and introduce potential partners to our services * Document all interactions and update contact records to ensure consistent follow-up * Collaborate with management on marketing strategies, events, and promotions * Provide feedback from the field to help shape our outreach strategy Who We 're Looking For * A friendly, approachable communicator who builds rapport easily * Organized and self-driven -- you can manage your own schedule and follow through on commitments * Comfortable initiating conversations, visiting offices, and making cold introductions * Strong interpersonal and presentation skills * Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or account management preferred * Familiarity with CRM tools or a willingness to learn * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Why Join DRYmedic * $30k-$40k base, plus UNCAPPED 2% commission on revenue * Mileage reimbursement and company marketing support * Professional training in restoration services and referral management * A positive, purpose-driven culture focused on helping people and building trust At DRYmedic, we take pride in being there for our customers -- and for each other.
