This role emphasizes _outbound phone sales_* and relationship building to customers. Join our team and be part of a company that values your expertise and dedication. * Duties/Responsibilities: * Make outbound sales calls to new and existing customers to promote our DCM closers, hinges, locks, pivots, and exit devices to generate quotes and close sales. * Prepare and follow up on quotes, ensuring timely responses and competitive pricing. * Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through customer outreach. * Develop a strong understanding of our product line to recommend hardware to customers based on their needs. * Manage customer accounts, maintain regular contact, and grow sales volume. * Collaborate with outside sales representatives to support key accounts that are service focused and new business initiatives. * Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, calls, and opportunities within the CRM system. * Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. * Partner with marketing to support campaigns, product launches, and promotional efforts. * Qualifications: * 2-4 years of inside sales or customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment; experience in manual door hardware or related building products preferred. * Proven success with outbound calling and business development preferred. * High school diploma/GED. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred. * Communication skills, both verbal and written. * Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. * Exceptional customer service skills.
