Compensation: Commission-based | High earning potential Schedule: Full-time | Flexible hours About the Role We are looking for an experienced Outside Solar Sales Closer to meet with homeowners for in-home consultations , present custom solar solutions, and close deals. This is a closing-focused role -- appointments are provided, and you'll work directly with motivated homeowners. Responsibilities * Conduct in-home solar consultations with qualified homeowners * Present customized solar proposals and explain financing options * Close sales and manage the customer relationship through contract signing * Accurately complete contracts and documentation * Collaborate with operations and install teams to ensure smooth handoff * Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer trust Requirements * Proven experience in outside/in-home sales (solar preferred) * Strong closing skills and objection handling * Comfortable presenting to homeowners in a consultative manner * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally * Strong communication and follow-up skills * Self-motivated and goal-oriented Preferred Qualifications * Solar sales experience * Knowledge of financing options (PPAs, loans, ownership) * Experience using CRM systems * Background in home improvement, roofing, HVAC, or energy sales What We Offer * Uncapped commission structure * Appointments provided * Ongoing training and sales support * Strong operations and install backing * Opportunity for advancement and leadership growth How to Apply Apply here on Indeed.
