Launch NW Staffing is now hiring Account Manager for our location in Tigard, Oregon We are a small, employee-owned light industrial staffing company with two locations in Clackamas and Tigard and we looking for an individual who loves the thrill and challenges of building a book of business to call your own. As a Staffing and Recruitment Account Manager you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment and candidate selection, and ongoing account management. A successful Recruitment / Account Manager is someone who loves to be involved in the process of finding great companies to partner with ... and finding great employees to elevate their clients business as well. This is a very hands on sales and recruitment role. Our goal is to cultivate successful long- term relationships by matching the right people with the right organizations. These roles range from contractor, contract-to-hire, to permanent positions. Depending on experience, pay will range between a base $55k - $60k + commissions. Earning over 100k within the first year is very achievable with this opportunity . Duties and Responsibilities: - Identify and build a target list of companies and contacts in the Portland market who would utilize temporary staffing services - Meet with prospective clients, negotiate rates and contract terms to secure staffing opportunities and support their staffing needs. - Advertising our job openings on job boards and social media - Greeting and assisting candidates coming in to apply for those jobs and conducting interviews with these candidates - Assisting with any data entry or filing that comes with each new hire - Calling candidates from job boards to encourage them to come in for interview - Visiting our clients on a regular basis to better understand their needs - Checking new employees in on job sites Requirements You must be outgoing and friendly At least one year of outside sales is preferred.
