We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Regional Salesperson to spearhead business development and expand our market presence across designated territories. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic account management, effective territory management, and dynamic outside sales efforts. Your enthusiasm for building strong customer relationships and your expertise in B2B sales will be vital in delivering exceptional service, identifying new opportunities, and promoting our innovative products and solutions. Duties * Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to regional markets, focusing on expanding the customer base and increasing revenue. * Conduct proactive outside sales activities including cold calling, product demos, and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to generate new leads and nurture existing accounts. * Manage a designated territory by identifying potential clients, analyzing market trends, and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to maximize sales opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular communication, personalized service, and effective account management techniques. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, monitor pipeline progress, analyze customer data, and forecast future sales performance. * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes while meeting company profit margins. * Deliver engaging product presentations and technical sales demonstrations that highlight features, benefits, and value propositions tailored to client needs. * Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product development to align strategies, share insights from the field, and support promotional initiatives. * Lead territory management efforts by planning routes efficiently, scheduling appointments strategically, and optimizing coverage for maximum outreach. * Engage in inside sales activities such as follow-up calls, customer service inquiries, and upselling opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue streams. Experience * Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive environment. * Strong management skills with experience overseeing territory operations or regional accounts. * Demonstrated ability in business development through lead generation, cold calling, and networking within diverse industries. * Familiarity with CRM software platforms such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines. * Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to provide outstanding service while closing deals effectively. * Knowledge of technology or industrial products is preferred; experience in technical sales or retail sales is a plus. * Strong analysis skills for evaluating market data, identifying trends, and making informed strategic decisions. * Effective communication skills for delivering compelling product demos and engaging presentations across various channels.
