Are you an experienced wedding dress sales consultant looking for a fulfilling career in a luxury bridal boutique? The White Flower Bridal Boutique is seeking a skilled, personable, and sales-driven Bridal Stylist to help brides find the perfect gown for their special day. About This Role As a Bridal Stylist, you will guide brides through a personalized, exciting and high-touch experience, helping them discover their dream dress from our curated selection of designer gowns ranging from $2,800 to $7,000 and beyond. Building genuine connections with clients and understanding their unique vision is key to success in this role. You will become an expert in our inventory, offering insight into silhouettes, fabrics, and customizations while ensuring every bride feels confident in her decision. While a passion for bridal fashion is important, this is a sales role first and foremost , suited for someone who thrives in a results driven, client focused environment. Success in this position requires emotional intelligence, strong closing skills and consistent reliability as you'll manage high-touch appointments and confidently lead brides towards their dream dress. Schedule This is a full-time role with a fixed schedule. * Workdays: Fridays and Saturdays, Monday and Tuesday(4 day work schedule) * Friday - Tuesday(5 day work schedule) * Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (full-day shifts only ; no variations) Compensation * Base pay + Commission: Stylists earn an average of *$35 -$40 per hour from base pay + commission, *with some stylists earning even more. Commission is earned on every dress and accessory sale. * Commission eligibility begins between 2.5 -4 weeks, depending on experience and speed of training. If you have recently worked in bridal for at least a year, you'll likely be earning commission by the 2.5-3 week mark. * 401(k) with company match and additional team sales incentives throughout the year Who We 're Looking For * Minimum 12 months of wedding dress sales experience at a bridal boutique within the last 5 years (required).
