Duties

:

• Interview, hire, train & manage seasonal B2C sales staff.
• Teach new seasonal sales representatives about products, pricing, sales techniques, and technology while creating a high-spirited atmosphere that fosters desired sales results.
• Use our cutting-edge technology to monitor and assess staff production, performance and provide ongoing training.
• Provide the highest level of customer service

Duties

:

• Assist with daily office operations
• Maintain CRM accuracy
• Coordinate with routing/operations
• Oversee annual renewal work flows
• Participate in weekly management meetings
• Assist in process improvement/implementation
• Contribute when needed to ensure operational consistency Expectations:
• Maintain a 50%+ closing rate organization wide
• Ensure all calls are answered or returned in a prompt fashion
• Immediate follow up on all consumer web leads
• Have a growth mindset

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 1 year sales experience in high paced atmosphere
• Minimum 1 year management experience
• Call center experience preferred but not required
• Ability to learn/Desire to grow Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
