Primary Duties: * Interview, hire, train & manage seasonal B2C sales staff. * Teach new seasonal sales representatives about products, pricing, sales techniques, and technology while creating a high-spirited atmosphere that fosters desired sales results. * Use our cutting-edge technology to monitor and assess staff production, performance and provide ongoing training. * Provide the highest level of customer service * Administrative duties including: Invoice and payment processing, customer communication Secondary Duties: * Assist with daily office operations * Maintain CRM accuracy * Coordinate with routing/operations * Oversee annual renewal work flows * Participate in weekly management meetings * Assist in process improvement/implementation * Contribute when needed to ensure operational consistency Expectations: * Maintain a 50%+ closing rate organization wide * Ensure all calls are answered or returned in a prompt fashion * Immediate follow up on all consumer web leads * Have a growth mindset * Bring your A game Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year sales experience in high paced atmosphere * Minimum 1 year management experience * Call center experience preferred but not required * Ability to learn/Desire to grow Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Paid time off Work Location: In person
