The Atlantic Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager About the Job: The Account Manager will be responsible for servicing Commercial Lines Accounts. The Commercial Lines Select Business Account Manager is responsible for servicing a designated segment of Commercial Lines accounts that generates more than $1,000 in agency commission. Key Responsibilities: * Answer incoming client calls assigned to the Select Business Team. * Assist clients with questions regarding their accounts. * Manage all client interactions from start to finish, leaving activities open until the client's request is fully completed. * Conduct annual reviews on a selected number of accounts. (Est.14 per month with an estimated 50% to 60% contact rate) * Report and manage any claims assigned to the Select Business Team. * Submit all changes accurately and promptly to the Commercial Lines Support Team for processing. * Collaborate with the team to deliver the best client experience possible.
