Overview

: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with real estate transactions, negotiate contracts, and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Market properties to potential buyers
• Negotiate contracts and manage related paperwork
• Organize and maintain administrative documents
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with Real Estate Law and Fair Housing regulations

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 2 year of sales experience
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer usage and typing
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
