Full description of the position

Job Overview Homze is seeking an Outbound Marketer / Appointment Setter to contact company- generated leads and schedule qualified in-home consultations. You will drive the first conversation, qualify interest and decision-makers, and book appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities * Make 200+ outbound dials per day to company-generated leads * Book qualified in-home appointments that meet standards * Handle basic objections and offer next-best times to keep calendars full * Work and follow up with company generated leads * Coordinate reschedules and cancellations to protect route efficiency * Hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets Bonus Structure (Uncapped) * $25 per pitched appointment from personally booked leads * 1.0% of Personal NIS (Net Installation Sales) generated from your pitched appointments * No cap on monthly bonuses Schedule * Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Optional Saturday hours available * Office located in Vancouver, WA Work Environment * Catered lunches every Tuesday and Friday * Snacks and beverages stocked daily * Collaborative, self-managed team culture * Structured onboarding and growth opportunities * Autonomy to take ownership without micromanagement Qualifications * Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills * Organized and task-oriented with high attention to detail * Accountable and open to feedback * Adaptable and resourceful; able to think on the fly and problem solve * Comfortable following scripts while tailoring conversations for clarity and effectiveness * Logic-driven mindset; capable of evaluating situations based on facts and standards * Quick learner with an interest in career development * Experience with Salesforce or Dialpad is a plus, not a requirement Yearly Snapshot (Illustrative) * Based on 500 pitched appointments/year or roughly 40-42 pitched appointments/month & 1.75M NIS/year credited to your pitched appointments * Work hours: ~1,992 hours/year (40 hours/week with 11 federal holidays) * Base pay: $21 1,992 = $41,832 * Pitch bonus: $25 500 = $12,500 * NIS bonus: 1.0% $1,750,000 = $17,500 * Total potential yearly gross: $71,832 * All figures are before taxes and for illustration only; actual results depend on individual performance.
