Sales Representative - High Sierra Power Sports Location: Reno, Nv Job Type: Full-Time Join the Adventure. Sell the Lifestyle. Build Your Future. High Sierra Power Sports is a fast-growing dealership specializing in ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, and premium outdoor recreational equipment. We're looking for driven, outgoing, and customer-focused Sales Representatives who are passionate about the outdoors and ready to turn that passion into a rewarding career. What You 'll Do * Greet and engage customers in a professional, enthusiastic manner * Guide customers through model options and features to help them select the right machine * Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals * Maintain deep product knowledge of all power sports lines, accessories, and financing options * Follow up with leads, online inquiries, and past customers * Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly goals * Ensure showroom units are displayed, clean, and ready for demo * Support store events, test-ride days, and product promotions What We 're Looking For * A positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills * Previous sales experience (auto, power sports, RV, retail, or related industries preferred--but not required) * Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and earn * Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver excellent customer service * Passion for the power sports lifestyle--ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, or outdoor recreation * Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and point-of-sale systems * Valid driver's license (motorcycle endorsement optional but a plus) * Spanish speaking is a plus!
