Responsibilities: * Identify and engage potential clients in need of security officer services. * Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. * Present and demonstrate the value of our security services to prospective clients. * Build and foster relationships to maintain and expand client base. * Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings. Qualifications: * Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in security services or a related industry. * Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. * Ability to build trust and rapport with clients quickly. * Strong negotiation and closing abilities. * Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus. Compensation: This is a commission-based position, offering one of the best commission structures in Texas - potential for SUBSTANTIAL income based on performance. Structures range from up to 5%of the gross and / or up to 12.5% of the net margin (s).
