Full description of the position

BDC Customer Loyalty Representative Reports To: BDC Director Location: Cranston Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview The BDC Customer Loyalty Representative is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction. This role focuses on follow-up communication, data mining, customer satisfaction calls, and creating opportunities for repeat business across sales and service departments. Key Responsibilities * Proactively contact existing customers to discuss loyalty programs, and promote dealership offers. * Conduct post-service and post-sale follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. * Track and maintain a database of customer interactions, preferences, and follow-up schedules in CRM or DMS. * Collaborate with sales teams to provide seamless customer experiences. * Assist in implementing dealership loyalty initiatives, such as referral programs, rewards, and retention campaigns. * Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or text with professionalism and empathy. * Monitor customer satisfaction scores (CSI) and work with management to address any concerns. Skills & Qualifications * 1-3 years of experience in a dealership BDC, customer service, or related field. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills (phone and written). * Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of outbound and inbound calls. * Knowledge of dealership CRM systems (e.g., DealerSocket, VinSolutions, eLeads, Mastermind, Xtime, or similar). * Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. * Team-oriented with a positive attitude and customer-first mindset. Performance Goals * Increase customer retention and repeat service visits. * Improve customer satisfaction (CSI) ratings. * Support dealership revenue growth through loyalty-based re-engagement and referral efforts.
