Daily tasks will include outreach to new potential clients, communicating the value of our service as a solution to their hiring needs, and guiding them through the client onboarding process. * 1+ year of past sales experience is required * Proven ability to meet and exceed measurable performance goals and metrics. * Light computer skills, specifically Google G-Suite, Spreadsheets, Email etc.) * Must be a strong team player, particularly as it relates to being ethical, honest, and trustworthy within the team and organization. * Desire and ability to have your role expanded as the company grows. * Industry-specific experience is a plus but not required, we will give you all of the training and resources you need to be successful here!
