Summary We are looking to add another Outside Sales Representative at Source Machine Inc. We are are a machine shop with around 85 employees and 50+ different machines. Ranging from lathes, swiss, mills, and laser. We are a job shop with a wide range of industry's we make parts for, anywhere from automotive to agricultural. We are a key supplier for machine components. We have multiple different departs to quote for: Saw, Turning, Milling, full Fabrication department ( laser, press breaks, welding ) and Assembly. There is an option of quoting your own business or a team member for you. You will be for responsible for servicing and developing existing and prospective customers outside of our offices. We're seeking professional representatives who are outgoing, driven and have the ability to work alone with little supervision. This job is a hybrid job with 1-2 days required to be in the office. Responsibilities * Continually identifying and approaching potential customers * Manage and grow sales territory by developing strong, long-term customer and vendor relationships * Conduct regular on-site visits to understand customer needs and deliver product and service solutions. * Present and promote Source Machine Inc's offerings and services * Collaborate with internal production, and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions * Prepare and present quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales with a customer-focused approach * Negotiate and close new business * Track and report sales activities using software Skills & Qualifications * Industry experience is preferred * Ability to read blueprints and drawings preferred * Persistent, disciplined and outgoing attitude with excellent communication skills * Ability to self-manage and operate with little supervision * High School Diploma; College degree or equivalent preferred * Valid State Drivers License; The position will require local travel * One (1) year of experience preferred Benefits * Health Insurance paid by employer * Dental and Vision available * HSA available * 401k with match * Vacation Pay * Holiday Pay Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Prior Lake, MN 55372
