Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission Responsibilities: * Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales * Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business * Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base * Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly * Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home * Negotiate with buyer's agents to secure the best terms and outcomes for your sellers * Follow up with leads provided by our sales team and schedule listing appointments * Conduct professional listing presentations to win business and build client trust * Keep sellers informed with weekly updates on their listing status and activity Qualifications: * Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information * Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies * One year of work experience in real estate * Completes tasks quickly and efficiently * Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself About Company The Dave Friedman Team of Keller Williams Realty is a high-performing Real Estate organization with a relentless focus on growth , culture , and excellence.
