Revolution Solar is seeking experienced and non- experienced Field Canvassers to support our elite field sales team in one of the hottest solar markets. We are one of the best reviewed installers in the DC-Maryland area and we specialize in working with underserved communities in Maryland & Washington, DC. THE ROLE: As a Field Program Subscriber, you'll have the autonomy to: * Manage your territory using our proven field sales strategies * Conduct strategic neighborhood canvassing with experienced team members. * Convert high-value opportunities through our efficient subscription process. * Work with a support team to close deals on-site with our streamlined 2-page Agreement. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE: * Provide DC and Maryland homeowners with No-Cost Solar, drastically reducing their electric bills and freeing up their budget. * Generate substantial income through our rewarding 1099 compensation structure. * Deliver exceptional customer service with 24-hour response times. * Build a sustainable book of business through a referral network.
