Amanzi Party Rentals is now hiring a full-time Inside Sales Event Coordinator who loves to bring a client's vision to life. This is an excellent opportunity for a resourceful and creative person with a Can-Do attitude. The focus of this position is to continually coordinate the flow of all event bookings while improving client and vendor relations with an emphasis on increasing sales. This role requires an enthusiastic, proactive individual with outstanding communication skills who delivers incredible results. You carefully listen to client's needs and create a collaborative work-space. As a promoter and communicator, you respond with insightful and inspiring ideas for their event. As a coordinator, you organize various resources for a well-designed, successful guest experience. You understand that details are important. You value group involvement and focused team efforts. Your day-to-day Responsibilities * Make and receive sales calls * Email prospective and existing clients, and tailor results based upon their needs * Coordinate the flow and accuracy of all event bookings * Build and maintain relationships with our clients and vendors * Create orders and coordinate the details with Operations * Assist with social media * Assist at Trade Shows * Assist with Marketing * Other duties as required Qualifications * 3+ year prior experience in SALES EXPERIENCE * Event planning and hospitality experience is an asset * Microsoft Office suite program experience (MS Word, Excel, etc.) * Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills * Skilled at working in a demanding, fast-paced work environment and flexible with work hours. * Ability to work independently with little supervision * Self-motivated; confident, energetic, and flexible Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Application Question(s): * Do you have experience working in the event/entertainment industry? * Do you have a minimum of 3 years general sales experience? * This position requires you to attend evening and weekend events to ensure the customer meets you and is satisfied with the event.
