Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Cosmetics Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling a wide range of beauty and cosmetic products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in beauty trends and products. Your ability to engage with customers, perform product demonstrations, and manage social media will contribute to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their beauty needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of various cosmetics.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising and stocking practices.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring efficient cashiering and cash handling.
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
• Engage with customers on social media platforms to promote products and store events.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide informed recommendations. Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of cosmetology principles and makeup application techniques is highly desirable.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse customers is essential.
• Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail are required for this role.
• Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions and retail math for inventory management is necessary.
