Outside Sales Representative

Job Description

- Expand the Client Base in the designated region through servicing existing customers and cold calling, setting showroom appointments - 6 Weekly Cold calls Minimum required and follow up calls to existing client base - Prepare weekly sales call reports. - Develop monthly sales call processes - Analyze area markets for top accounts - Utilize influence and negotiation skills to sell/place displays in customer showrooms. - Follow up with clients via phone calls, letters, and emails. - Maintain client files and perform timely follow-ups on programs and projects. - Provide Lunch and Learn seminars to customers. - Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

: -Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel. - Clean driving record and reliable transportation. - 2-4 years of prior Tile and Granite selling experience. - Prior customer service experience is a plus. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. - Strong interpersonal skills, including influencing and negotiation. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Solid time management and organizational skills. - Competitive salary - Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veteran.
