Inside Sales Specialist Hours/ Location: 9-5 | In Office COMPENSATION: $70,000 + Commission (commensurate with experience) Overview We are seeking a motivated In-House Marketing & Sales Specialist to support company growth through outbound partner outreach and relationship development. This is a phone-intensive, sales-driven role using company- provided leads. The position also includes customer success responsibilities, supporting partners and clients through onboarding and beyond. This is a full-time, in-office role for individuals who thrive in a fast- paced, performance-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities * Conduct high-volume outbound calls to referral partners using provided leads * Build and maintain strong partner and referral relationships * Educate partners on pooled trust solutions and Medicaid planning benefits * Drive conversions and consistently meet sales and outreach goals * Serve as a point of contact for partners and newly onboarded clients * Support client onboarding and ensure a positive post-sale experience * Track outreach, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM systems * Stay current on Medicaid and pooled trust regulations * Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and sales strategies Qualifications * Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (legal, healthcare, financial services, or Medicaid -related fields preferred) * Comfortable with constant outbound calling and relationship-based selling * Medicaid planning, pooled trust, or elder care knowledge a plus * Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills * Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated * Professional demeanor with the ability to engage partners confidently CRM experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
