Through our collaboration with AT&T, we lead customer outreach initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition through engaging retail sales campaigns throughout the Minneapolis area. We are currently seeking a driven and customer-focused professional to join our team as an AT&T Sales Team Member. In this role, you will serve as a front-line brand representative, engaging directly with customers in retail environments to identify their wireless needs and deliver customized AT&T solutions. The AT&T Sales Team Member plays a critical role in building trust, fostering long-term relationships, and driving measurable sales results that support both customer satisfaction and company growth. The ideal AT&T Sales Team Member thrives in a fast-paced retail setting, enjoys face-to-face interactions, and is confident in educating customers on AT&T's latest technology, promotions, and service options. AT &T Sales Team Member Key Responsibilities: * Engage customers in retail environments by initiating conversations and identifying their needs * Present AT&T's current promotions, plans, devices, and wireless solutions clearly and confidently * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T products, pricing, and services * Guide customers through the sales and enrollment process while handling sensitive information responsibly * Accurately document transactions, customer feedback, and service inquiries * Collaborate with fellow AT&T Sales Team Members to improve performance and deliver a seamless customer experience * Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals * Build strong customer relationships that enhance brand loyalty and long-term value AT &T Sales Team Member Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required * 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail sales, customer service, or account management preferred) * Direct experience as an AT&T Sales Team Member is highly desirable * Basic understanding of sales principles and customer engagement * Willingness to learn and actively participate in ongoing training and development * Professional appearance with a positive, energetic attitude * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
