THIS IS A SALES ROLE The Spark Social, Inc. is a digital marketing agency that helps small businesses grow through ethical, system-driven digital and social media marketing. The Role We're looking for an individual who is well-versed in digital marketing and ready to step into a sales role to lead client outreach and acquisition. This role focuses on selling digital marketing services to local and national businesses, with an emphasis on paid ads and smart follow-up systems. This is a consultative role built around making real connections, not high- pressure tactics or unrealistic promises. What You 'll Do * Conduct outreach to prospective clients (cold, warm, and inbound) * Lead discovery calls and build relationships with business owners * Present and close marketing service proposals * Manage follow-ups and pipeline activity in a CRM * Collaborate with our team for smooth client onboarding Compensation & Benefits * On-target earnings up to $75,000 (base + commission) * Residual income as clients stay * Healthcare stipend after 30 days * Flexible schedule (remote, hybrid, or in-office) * Supportive, ethical sales culture What We 're Looking For * Experience in selling digital marketing services preferred * Other sales experience will be considered only if you have some knowledge of managing social media marketing. * Comfortable with outreach, conversations, and follow-up * Familiarity with Google Ads, social media marketing, or websites for SMBs * Experience using a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, etc.) Important * No territory restrictions * No guaranteed-lead selling * We sell reality, not dreams Join an awesome team, do good socially, and help businesses grow the right way.
