Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part Time Administrative Sales Assistant to support our office operations and sales activities. This role is ideal for candidates with strong clerical and follow-up skills. Ideal in office hours would be Monday-Friday 10 AM-2PM, but can be somewhat flexible for the right person. Duties * Updating/ Maintaining sales data in Microsoft Excel worksheets. Working knowledge of Vlookups, pivot tables, formulas are a MUST. * Weekly sales report analysis for key customers. * Checking and entering sales orders. Creating order PDF's for approval and direction sheets for the Purchasing Department. * Customer quotes and presentations. * Sales reports as needed. Heavy volume around trade shows. * Miscellaneous administrative buyer requests Experience * Prior office experience or administrative experience required, especially in customer service or clerical roles * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently * Excellent communication skills * Proven ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently with good typing speed * Experience in office management or personal assistant roles is beneficial but not required This position offers a supportive work environment where your organizational talents and administrative expertise will contribute significantly to our team's success.
