Our Home Health Agency is looking for an experienced, patient caring Home Health Liaison/Marketer, one who has a passion for helping the community and patients. Home Health Liaison: Responsibilities include: * Meeting with Accounts (existing and new) to inform them of our Services. * Meeting with patients and/or families to educate and provide information on the type of services that we offer. * Guiding and advocating for patients and families who are in need of assistance. Although this is a Sales and Marketing Position, you will also take on the role as a Liaison to help, care for and advocate for patients and families in need. This position is very rewarding! We are looking for applicants who are hard working, enjoy the aspect of sales, and MOST IMPORTANTLY , those who love helping others!
