Base pay is $2500 per month plus commissions and warranty sales up to total of $6000 per month. PLEASE CALL US 619 [please apply online] OR 619 [please apply online] Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey * Assist customers with vehicle selections, answer questions, and perform engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits * Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card payments * Upsell products by recommending additional items that meet customer needs, increasing sales and satisfaction * Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to ensure an inviting store appearance * Manage inventory levels by buying more vehicle at the auction and conducting stock checks to keep the store well-organized * Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely, ensuring clear communication at all times Qualifications * Prior retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are essential * Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customer groups * Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math ensures smooth transactions * Excellent communication skills to connect with customers and team members effectively * Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is advantageous * Supervising experience is beneficial for those interested in growth opportunities within the team * Ability to perform physical tasks such as moving cars around the lot and smogging cars at the smog stations.
