* Note to all applicants: Currently our office is in Lakewood, WA but we are in the process of relocating to Bremerton, WA Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients through outbound and warm calling, utilizing CRM software, and leveraging technology sales techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in quoting/bidding. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business development and expanding our market presence through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service. Duties * Respond to customer inquiries, assess needs, and recommend solutions. * Source products, prepare quotes, and support closing sales. * Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships. * Research and price new products; identify and negotiate with vendors. * Manage CRM records, orders, and delivery instructions. * Track activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM; schedule follow-ups. * Support outside sales reps with deal strategies and sales cycle activities. * Develop new prospects and secure opportunities to promote EST products and services. * Attend trade shows and networking events (in-person and online). * Submit required reports and maintain company property responsibly. Skills * Minimum 1-4 years successful sales and customer support experience, preferably in industrial or government sales applications. * Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; in lieu of degree, five or more years of related experience/training, or equivalent combination. * Prior experience with government contracts strongly preferred. * Strong knowledge/background in mechanical, plumbing, electrical equipment, and electronic systems a plus. * Strong computer skills including 3+ years' experience with MS Office (Excel & Outlook); CRM experience highly preferred.
