About Us Quick Reaction Moving & Storage is a veteran-founded moving and storage company serving the greater DC Metro area. We are known for professionalism, reliability, and a mission-first mindset. Our team is growing, and we are looking for high-performing sales professionals to help us expand our market presence. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Moving Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business, guiding clients through the moving process, and converting leads into booked jobs. Sales experience is required; moving industry experience is a plus but not necessary. Military background is preferred but not required. Responsibilities * Respond promptly to inbound leads and conduct outbound sales activity (calls, emails, in-person networking). * Consult with prospective clients, assess their moving needs, and provide accurate estimates. * Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a professional, trustworthy presence. * Follow up on open estimates and close business to meet monthly revenue goals. * Attend local networking events, realtor meetings, and community outreach initiatives. * Ensure all sales activity and customer interactions are logged in CRM. * Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service. Requirements * Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * 2 years of relevant experience required in indoor/outdoor/phone sales * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and follow-up abilities. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. * Military background is a plus, but not required. * Valid driver's license required. * Not a remote position - must be able to work from our office and occasionally attend in-person meetings/events.
