Key Responsibilities of the Full time Sales Agent * Present Car Keys Express products with clarity, highlighting unique features and guiding customers through enrollment across digital and phone channels. * Manage onboarding tasks such as eligibility checks, documentation, and activation scheduling to ensure smooth service setup for retail and enterprise accounts. * Track activations, account updates, and customer feedback to measure campaign success and support Car Keys Express' performance goals. * Maintain precise CRM records of customer preferences, service milestones, and engagement history to strengthen retention and reporting accuracy. * Collaborate with logistics, operations, and support teams to resolve service issues, align messaging, and guarantee the timely delivery of Car Keys Express solutions. * Monitor account activity and satisfaction signals to identify upsell opportunities and recommend tailored upgrades from Car Keys Express's expanding product portfolio. What We 're Looking For in an Full time Sales Agent * High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in business, marketing, or communications preferred. * Experience in customer support, retail, or sales--ideally in fast-paced, client-focused environments. * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain service options clearly, resolve concerns, and build trust. * Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital tools, with proven ability to manage workflows, track metrics, and support campaign visibility. * Energetic, organized, and solution-oriented--ready to thrive in dynamic environments with a service-first mindset.
