About NetDirector Are you looking to join a high-tech company and leverage your expertise in sales, account management, and healthcare technology? We're NetDirector - an innovative technology company solving complex data integration problems in the Healthcare and Mortgage Banking industries. Our centralized data exchange empowers our clients, allowing them to connect, transmit, transform, and route data from disparate systems across their company, vendors, and customers. Core Values C = Collaboration R = Respect I = Innovation S = Service Orientedness P = Positive Attitude At NetDirector, CRISP isn't just an acronym -- it's how we work, connect, and serve. Our culture supports independence, creativity, and fulfillment, enabling our team members to grow, learn, and lead with purpose. Check out more about us on our website. Job Overview This role is designed for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in complex, value-driven sales environments. The ideal candidate brings deep experience selling to mid-sized healthcare technology companies or healthcare service providers, with particular strength in navigating long sales cycles and engaging diverse stakeholders across an organization. Rather than relying on flashy demos or free trials, this individual understands how to sell "intangible" services -- like IT or integration platforms -- by building trust, translating complex solutions into business value, and creating alignment among multiple decision-makers. This position will drive growth by owning the full sales cycle, cultivating relationships, and delivering long-term subscription and service contracts that support client success and operational efficiency. What you do: * Own the full sales cycle -- from first handshake to signed contract. You'll prospect, engage, and guide prospects through a thoughtful, trust-based sales process grounded in solving real business problems -- no gimmicks, demos, or free trials needed. * Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of healthcare tech and service providers. These aren't hospital systems or GPOs -- they're the agile, fast-moving companies looking for solutions, not red tape. * Hit your targets -- and know how to get there. You'll carry a quota, forecast your pipeline with discipline, and consistently deliver results aligned with individual and team goals. * Sell subscriptions and services through a consultative, value-first approach. You're solving problems and streamlining operations -- not pushing products. * Translate complexity into clarity. You'll explain technical capabilities in plain language, helping clients see how our integration platform fits their business -- not just their IT stack. * Partner across the organization. You'll collaborate with our internal teams to sharpen our messaging, refine our go-to-market strategy, and ensure a smooth client experience. * Represent NetDirector with confidence. Whether at an event, on a Zoom call, or in a cold email, you'll bring professionalism, curiosity, and clarity to every interaction. * Document your work like a pro. Use CRM tools not just to track activity, but to capture insights, forecast with accuracy, and support team visibility. Who you are: * You 've carried a quota and delivered -- consistently. You know your numbers, can speak to the story behind your success, and have the resilience (and curiosity) to learn from the times you missed. You understand that sales is equal parts strategy, timing, and persistence. * You understand the mid-market healthcare landscape inside and out. You've built relationships with healthcare tech companies and service providers -- not hospital systems -- and know how to tailor your approach to their needs, challenges, and pace. * You know how to sell what can 't be touched. Whether it's IT services or SaaS integrations, you've sold value without a flashy demo or a "try before you buy" hook. You're comfortable making the abstract real -- painting the vision, mapping the path, and closing the deal. * You 've got experience where it counts -- whether at Redox, Rhapsody, Ellkay, Keragon, Corepoint, PilotFish, Qvera, or similar, you know the integration space and have the wins to prove it. * You seamlessly navigate conversations with diverse stakeholders -- whether it's the admin at the front desk or the VP of Product, you know when to push, suggest, and pause. You're not afraid to pick up the phone, and you never underestimate the influence of gatekeepers. * You hold yourself to a high standard of accountability -- to the client, to your teammates, and to the company's goals. You're intrinsically motivated to build meaningful relationships that lead to long-term, high-value solutions. * You 're a natural at building consensus -- you ask the right questions, read the room, and recognize that every decision-maker is surrounded by people who can block or back a deal. You're persuasive, not pushy -- and always respectful. * You 've successfully navigated complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles -- mapping out buying groups, identifying internal champions, and closing deals in environments where trust and timing are everything. * You 're a pro at simplifying the complex - You understand the technical enough to translate it into business value and can adapt your message to your audience without losing clarity or confidence. Bonus points: * You speak fluent "healthcare tech." Familiarity with integration platforms, EHR systems, HL7, FHIR, APIs, or similar is a big plus -- and helps you get to the heart of the conversation faster. * You 've closed long-term SaaS deals. Experience selling multi-year subscription contracts shows us you know how to position long-term value and build trust over time. * You 've built business through partnerships. Channel, referral, or strategic alliances -- you know how to leverage relationships to expand reach and deliver results. What we Offer: * Company-subsidized medical, dental, and vision health insurance * Paid time off (22 days your first year!) * Company-paid life insurance coverage * Disability Insurance * Community Service Paid Time * 401(k) match * Employee Assistance Program * Profit Sharing * Tuition Reimbursement At NetDirector, we encourage applicants of all backgrounds and identities to apply for roles that align with their interests and career trajectories. If you meet most of the qualifications above and see yourself in this role, we would love to talk to you! Please note: all employment with NetDirector is contingent upon drug screening and background check. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Ability to Commute: * Tampa, FL 33618 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Tampa, FL 33618: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
