Close to Home Construction is a locally owned and operated MN General Contractor servicing the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. We specialize in exterior remodeling and restoration for residential, multi-family and commercial properties. Our services include roofing, siding, deck building, gutters, windows, doors and more. We are a small, rapidly growing company with opportunities for growth. We are searching for a Sales Manager to both generate and lead all sales efforts. This position offers a competitive base salary + commission + bonus and additional incentive programs. A company provided cellular phone and computer is included with the potential to earn a company provided vehicle. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of business operations, employee management and will conduct themselves in a professional manor with all levels of our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement for our current sales team and implementing improvements in a motivating, encouraging and team building style. Job Responsibilities * Self generated sales * Direct and oversee all sales operations * In-the-field leadership and oversite of sales team * Build trust, team bonding, and provide coaching * Direct responsibility of achieving total sales and revenue goals * Provide reporting metrics, projections and measurables * Work closely with HR for recruiting, hiring and training sales staff * Coordinate and work closely with ownership and management team * Play a large role in marketing strategy and implimentation Job Qualifications * Coach and lead by example management style * Documented success in building teams and achieving desired outcomes * 5+ years of roofing and exterior construction industry experience (mandatory) * 3+ years of team management experience * 5+ years of experience in sales * Strong Communication Skills * Ability to work evenings and weekends * Ability to be in-office in Rockford, MN daily or when not in the field * Use of CRM program * Valid drivers license * Vehicle w/ ladder * Ability to get on roofs * Drone License is a + Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off * Parental leave * Professional development assistance Application Question(s): * How many sales team members have you managed at any given time?
