Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving sales growth within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for building relationships, the desire to serve our law enforcement, fire and emergency leadership teams, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our solutions and services to potential clients. Duties * Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and research. * Set appointments with law, fire and emergency leadership teams to position Sector as a desired partner for their technology projects. * Organize travel days to optimize non-scheduled drop-in appointments between scheduled appointments and presentations. * Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. * Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. * Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and services. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role. * Strong account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Experience in lead generation and business development. * Innate ability to manage a hectic schedule along with in-the-moment priority shifts while traveling and working from a vehicle, restaurants, coffee shops and hotel rooms. * Familiarity with sales to government organizations is a plus. * Knowledge of financial procurement options and mobile rugged technology solutions is highly desirable. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively. * Proficiency in territory management and sales management techniques. OTE & Compensation Package Our territories/regions support $3-8MM+ in annual sales revenue once established, and OTE Comp Packages for an established territory include a rich compensation package that includes a regional profitability bonuses, trip award and 5-year forward-looking company-wide profit share allocation. An established regional Outside Sales Executive compensation package ranges $175,000 - $450,000+. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team as we grow regionally and nationally.
