What You 'll Do * Lead and manage daily dealership sales operations , ensuring team targets and performance goals are consistently met. * Coach, train, and mentor sales staff to deliver outstanding customer service and close deals effectively. * Develop and execute sales strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. * Oversee and manage inventory levels , working with suppliers to maintain optimal stock and product availability. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up. * Leverage CRM tools to track team performance, manage leads, and monitor customer interactions. What We 're Looking For * Proven success as a Sales Manager or in a high-level sales leadership role. * Strong knowledge of sales processes and team development strategies. * Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. * Experience in the automotive industry preferred. * A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example. * Tech-savvy, especially with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
