We're seeking a relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of landscape management clients, responsible for maintaining strong relationships, ensuring service excellence, and uncovering opportunities for landscape enhancements and upgrades. What You 'll Do * Manage a portfolio of landscape management customer accounts, serving as their primary point of contact. * Conduct site walks, inspections, and regular client check-ins to ensure quality and satisfaction. * Identify and propose landscape enhancement opportunities that improve property value and client experience. * Work closely with internal teams to coordinate services and deliver on customer expectations. * Build strong, long-term relationships that result in repeat business and referrals. * Represent GRO at client meetings and community events with professionalism and care.
