Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Project Sales Trainee to join our dynamic sales team. This position offers a unique chance to develop essential skills in outside sales, business development, and account management within a fast-paced B2B (business-to-business) environment. As a Project Sales Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in territory management, lead generation, and technical sales while supporting our efforts to expand customer relationships and drive revenue growth. Duties * Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities * Support senior sales staff in managing existing accounts and developing new business within assigned territories * Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients * Engage in territory management by visiting clients, understanding market needs, and building strong customer relationships * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer data, and document sales activities * Participate in negotiations with clients to secure sales agreements that meet company standards * Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement Skills * Strong outside sales experience with a focus on B2B sales strategies * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills * Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce for managing leads and accounts * Ability to perform territory management and conduct product demos effectively * Knowledge of technology or electrical products is a plus but not required; willingness to learn technical sales concepts * Proven skills in cold calling, lead generation, upselling, and direct sales approaches * Analysis skills to evaluate market trends and customer needs for strategic growth * Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This opportunity is designed for individuals eager to kickstart their career in sales with a focus on technical products and business development.
