Office & Sales Associate - Flooring Showroom (Full Time, Tues-Sat) We're looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office & Sales Associate. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and helping grow sales in a fast-paced flooring business. Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday -Saturday Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in our showroom * Handle phone calls and respond to customer inquiries * Schedule estimates, installations, and cleaning services * Prepare and follow up on quotes and invoices * Maintain showroom appearance and product displays * Support customers in choosing the right flooring solutions for their project * Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business Qualifications: * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Basic computer and scheduling software experience * Sales or office experience preferred (flooring experience a plus, but not required) * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What We Offer: * Steady full-time schedule (Tuesday-Saturday) * Friendly, family-oriented work environment * Training and growth opportunities * Competitive pay based on experience If you're friendly, dependable, and ready to help customers find the perfect flooring for their home, we'd love to hear from you!
