Hershberger Painting is a well-established, family-owned painting company based in Sarasota, Florida, with over 40 years of experience creating beautiful spaces and delivering amazingly positive service experiences. We specialize in residential and light commercial painting and are known for our craftsmanship, professionalism, and strong customer relationships. We are looking for a driven and organized Sales Representative to join our growing team. What You 'll Do * Manage and execute our annual sales plan selling painting services and related offerings. * Follow and execute the Hershberger Painting sales process (pre-bid, during bid, post-bid). * Conduct estimates, write proposals, and enter all data accurately into our CRM. * Hit personal sales, margin, and cost-per-margin targets. * Respond professionally to customer and internal inquiries. * Generate additional leads through personal outreach (company leads are also provided). * Attend weekly sales and team meetings and submit performance reports. * Continuously learn about our services to confidently advise customers.
