About This Position As a Sales Representative, you'll be operating in a commission-based structure focused on insurance restoration sales. You'll spend your days conducting door-to-door consultations with homeowners, inspecting properties for storm damage, and helping them navigate insurance claims for exterior home improvements. Your role is to act as a trusted guide through what can be a confusing process, identifying damage and working directly with insurance companies to secure coverage. You'll complete a comprehensive training program covering everything from technical knowledge to sales psychology, then spend time shadowing experienced representatives in the field. This is full-cycle sales where you control your schedule while meeting activity goals, with ongoing training sessions to sharpen your skills and keep you growing.
