Responsibilities: * Build relationships & create customers for life. * Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses * Be the expert. Learn the in's and out's of vehicles in stock, and be able to sell the benefits of each vehicle to customers * Build relationships. You are responsible for creating life-long customers * Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations * Work all show floor and internet leads to ensure maximum performance * Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business * Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations * Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis * Be willing to go the extra mile in the sales process, including delivery and customer satisfaction * Come to work eager and ready to learn and grow.
