The H.M. Sweeny Co. is a full-service sales organization. We wholesale to the trades of Refrigeration, Heating, Air Conditioning, Property Maintenance, and Plumbing. We provide our customers with the equipment, parts, supplies and educational HVAC training classes. We are seeking a hardworking, outgoing and detail oriented individual to join our outside sales team. Our team's focus is on promoting sales, client services and technical support for HVAC equipment and accessories for local and federal government agencies, and property management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of HVAC sales experience. Responsibilities include but not limited to: * Manage and develop client relationships and sales opportunities with new and/or existing clients. * Service & support our clients by in-person meetings, answering calls, emails, and following up on bids. * Understanding the unique challenges and requirements of the clients, providing tailored solutions to build lasting relationships. * Prepare quotes, packages, and literature on equipment. * Travel to appointments & meetings with potential & existing clients in your territory. * Participate in local trade associations. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed designated sales targets. * Maintain a professional appearance, in addition to a clean and neat work area. * Keep abreast of the industry trends, competitors activities and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
