Learn more about us at [please apply online] Position Overview As an Energy Specialist , you'll be on the front lines of our growth -- educating homeowners about solar energy, conducting in-home consultations, and closing deals that save families money. This is a full-time, commission-based role with significant earning potential, generous benefits, and opportunities for career advancement. Key Responsibilities * Represent SunSavers Energy in your assigned territory across Maryland and Washington, DC. * Conduct consultations with homeowners to explain solar benefits and demonstrate our no-cost solar lease program. * Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals. * Actively prospect and follow up with potential leads using company-provided tools and your own outreach. * Deliver exceptional service and uphold our mission of energy equity and sustainability.
