Overview: Battleship Harley-Davidson is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Benefits: * Competitive salary and commission structure. * 401 (k) * Health Insurance * Vision insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Employee Discount Responsibilities: * Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals * Drive unit sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction * Recruit, train, and coach sales staff * Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions * Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and floor presentation * Work closely with Finance, Service, and Marketing departments * Track performance metrics and prepare sales reports * Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures Required Skills and Qualifications: * Proven experience in motorcycle, powersports or automotive sales or related retail sales management. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Exceptional sales skills and closing techniques. * Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools. * Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement (preferred) * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. * Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
