Responsibilities

:

• Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Drive unit sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction
• Recruit, train, and coach sales staff
• Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
• Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and floor presentation
• Work closely with Finance, Service, and Marketing departments
• Track performance metrics and prepare sales reports
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures Required Skills and

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in motorcycle, powersports or automotive sales or related retail sales management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Exceptional sales skills and closing techniques.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a positive attitude. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
