Primary Responsibilities * Running and operating day to day business * Assist customers in selecting the proper fitment of tires * Inform customers of vehicle inspection findings * Educate customers on schedule maintenance services * Assist Store Manager and Service Manager with operational duties * Deliver professional and courteous customer service consistently Industry Requirements * Customer Service Experience * Sales Experience * Service Advisor Experience * Store manager Experience Requirements: * Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays * Valid Driver's License * Criminal Background Check * Pre-employment Drug Screen * 18 years or Older Benefits Offered * Medical, Dental and Vision coverage * 401(k) with company match * Generous paid vacation and PTO programs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental Insurance * Health Insurance * Paid Time Off Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
