Filta Sales Manager Seeking a self-starting, experienced mid-level outside sales professional to develop new Filta Service account relationships with hospitality partners. Must have excellent people and communication skills to effectively initiate, close, and manage the relationship to ensure the use of the full suite of Filta service offerings. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Meet or exceed established goals for territory development and sales quotas * Proactively identify new lead and opportunities * Make daily calls to schedule onsite visits with new lead prospects and follow up with referred leads * Meet with prospects to discuss consultative solutions using the new account setup checklist * Manage and prepare proposals on agreed upon service programs * Update and maintain all customer program, data, and relevant relationship management notes in the CRM * Work with operations technicians to coordinate quick response times to address customer issues as needed * Report sales visit schedule and closed sales to Regional Sales Director as requested * Collaborate with all departments to provide customer feedback, identify, and implement best practices and suggest innovative ways to increase sales and enhance customer experience * Demonstrate inclusion through their own words and actions and accountable for a safe workspace. Act with kindness, curiosity, and respect for others * Understand and comply with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements applicable to our business * Other duties as assigned SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: * 2-3 years demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets (hospitality preferred) * Willing to go above and beyond for customers and the company * Self-starter with growth-centered mindset * Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred. * Valid Driver's license, good driving history, and proficiency in safe driving habits. * High school diploma or equivalent (e.g. completed vocational training). * Demonstrates inclusion through their own words and actions and is accountable for a safe workspace. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: All work will be done in a timely manner within established quality standards and consistent with Company policies, priorities, and needs. The individual holding this position has a broad responsibility for carrying out the objectives of the Company including supporting all company policies, meeting goals, and working as a contributing team member.
