This role supports multiple entities owned by the same management team. Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Consultant to join our fast- growing team! As a Sales Consultant, you'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, build strong relationships, and guide clients through our product and service options across multiple businesses. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing support, and the tools you need to succeed -- all while earning a competitive base pay plus commissions. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online inquiries. * Build rapport and understand customer needs to recommend the right solutions. * Present and explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently. * Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of client interactions. * Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals. * Apply cross-selling and up-selling strategies to maximize revenue. * Participate in team meetings, ongoing coaching, and skill-building sessions. Qualifications: * 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (consultative sales preferred). * Strong communication and active listening skills. * Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated personality. * Reliable and organized, with excellent follow-up habits. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. * Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot) is a plus.
